PHP Developer

We are a small, rapidly growing, investment fund administration firm. Working with experienced professionals, you will be responsible for designing and developing software for financial administration applications.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of professional software development experience
• Advanced knowledge of popular web development platforms and related frameworks (PHP and Python)
• Experience working with MySQL databases.
• Experience with Git or similar versioning software
• Understanding of application architecture and design patterns, particularly MVC and ORM
• Knowledge of software engineering best practices, including coding standards, source control, build processes, and testing

Preferred:

• Experience with Linux-based systems
• Full stack development experience (PHP, Git, Zend, Bootstrap, relational database)
• Heavy back-end development experience
• Experience designing/building RESTful APIs
• AWS experience.

*On-site preferred, open to hybrid or remote.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
