Our client, an established Independent Agency, is expanding their Personal Lines Division and is seeking to hire a Personal Insurance Account Manager to join their team. This person would be responsible to handle a large book made up of standard personal line accounts. This position is fully remote in Phoenix.
Responsibilities
The account manager is responsible for day-to-day account management for clients with complex coverage needs including coverage/policy questions, claims handling, and providing high customer service satisfaction. The ideal Personal Insurance Account Manager candidate will possess a wide range of personal lines account management skills, including but not limited to; customer service, administration and sales. The position requires experience managing both small and large personal line accounts and a strong understanding of the underwriting process including new and renewal business.
