Super Dispatch is looking for a People Operations & Recruiting Coordinator who is skilled in talent acquisition and passionate about supporting a positive experience throughout the entire employee journey. You'll recruit and hire top talent, coordinate and improve people processes & talent acquisition, and support HR functions for our fully remote and distributed team. The People Ops & Recruiting Coordinator will embody our core values, foster our company culture, and work with the People Ops Team to build and scale people functions and high performing teams.

What you'll do:

• Provide an exceptional candidate experience through the recruiting lifecycle by utilizing the ATS (Breezy), managing candidate communication, completing phone screens, and sending offers
• Collaborate with hiring managers to prepare job descriptions, establish preferred candidate profiles, and determine screening criteria
• Coordinate closely with hiring teams to ensure an efficient and effective hiring process
• Complete administrative hiring functions including posting open positions to relevant job boards, reviewing resume's and managing applicants, and scheduling interviews
• Collaborate with recruiting firms or partners as needed
• Build relationships with individuals and communities to develop a strong talent network of talent
• Promote the Super Dispatch brand and identify strategies to attract and retain top talent
• Assist with employee pre-boarding, on-boarding, and off-boarding by sending welcome emails and contracts, creating or deactivating accounts on company tools, and hosting first day welcome calls
• Support people operations functions including performance reviews, engagement and retrospective surveys, training & development initiatives, and stay interviews
• Be available as a trusted resources and contact to field employee questions and handle requests and issues
• Keep all people operations related documentation accurate and up to date
• Proactively identify ways to increase efficiency and continuously improve our recruiting strategies, hiring processes, and overall employee experience
• Assist with other tasks and ad-hoc projects as needed such as: managing the hardware inventory, updating the org chart, managing groups in company tools, etc.
• Cultivate and promote Super Dispatch's core values and culture throughout all levels of the organization

What you bring:

• 2+ years of experience in the People/HR space at startup or high-growth company.
• 2+ years of experience owning the full-cycle hiring process from sourcing to interviewing to offer letter.
• Strong EQ and communication skills: you're compassionate, thoughtful, and communicate in a way that makes sure everyone feels seen, understood, and valued when they seek your help or guidance.

Compensation:

The salary range for this position is $48,000 - $58,000 per year.
