Job Description:

Brian Christopher (@BCSlots) is the leading influencer / YouTuber in casino gaming, with a thriving online community of over 5 million monthly viewers. We are seeking a talented and hyper-organized Partnerships Coordinator to join our team at the leading casino gaming influencer company, BC Ventures. This position is full-time, and you will work under the supervision of our Senior Director, Corporate Development.

 

As a Partnerships Coordinator, your primary responsibility will be the day-to-day management, revenue tracking, and scheduling for our strategic business partnerships. In collaboration with the Operations Coordinator, Video Production Manager, and Social Media Marketing team, you will work to seamlessly execute partner sponsorships and campaign deliverables.

 

 

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Support the Senior Director, Corporate Development in building & maintaining trusted relationships with our partners (casino operators, game manufacturers, online gaming studios, premium advertisers) in order to secure sponsored content and event deals.

 

  • Maintain extremely organized, detailed, administrative records for each of our ongoing partnerships, to ensure timely and accurate client billing and payment tracking.

 

  • Manage multiple facets of our marketing partnerships, including tracking the fulfillment of campaign deliverables against each of our signed service agreements.

 

  • Produce performance reports for our top partners by compiling and analyzing data pulled from our various social media dashboards, including YouTube Studio and Meta Business Suite.

 

  • Assist in day-to-day partner email communications, scheduling partner meetings, taking meeting notes, and sending post-meeting executive summaries with action items and key points.

 

  • Support the Operations Coordinator and broader Team with flagship events (including on-location) to deliver world class experiences to attendees and sponsors alike.

 

  • Apply digital marketing best practices to the creation of marketing one-sheets, partner proposals, and other B2B materials in support of the business.

 

 

Key Qualifications

 

  • Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in digital media, partner management, account management, media analytics, accounting, and/or business administration.

 

  • Must have superior organizational skills and unmatched attention to details.

 

  • Excellent written communication skills, including executive writing, and high quality emails.

 

  • Talent and expertise in working with data, creating spreadsheets, interpreting data to tell a story.

 

  • Extensive knowledge of the Google Business Suite toolset (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Mail, Calendar).

 

  • Strategic thinking, creative problem solving, and the ability to work independently with a positive, solution-driven demeanor.
