RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Must be able to support day-to-day operations ensuring on-time delivery of accurate customer orders containing exceptional quality.

· Must be able to Use of the existing operating systems and management to accurately plan and evaluate the workload fulfillment processes, associated labor force, and supplies needed to continuously improve the daily processes.

· Must maintain exceptional customer experience standards across the operation.

· Must ensure alignment of operational capacity with demand forecasts.

· Must ensure that the GMP of all facility equipment and structure is in full working order.

· Must collaborate and support all quality systems and practices, including the support of verifying all SOP documentation is accurate, used properly, and/or gets updated promptly for all operations roles.

· Must assist in and support all training and monitoring of the warehouse team to perform all functions according to the SOPs for this area.

· Responsible for each person's performance must be verified as having fully understood each effective SOP practice.

QUALIFICATIONS:

· Bachelors degree with business or lean manufacturing focus preferred.

· 2+ years of experience in Supporting Operations Management.

· 1+ year of successfully supporting operations through rapid growth and scaling, including the management of employees, partners, and vendors.

· 2+ year in a direct-to-consumer fulfillment operation.

· 1+ year years with food preparation, storage, fulfillment, and/or transportation a plus
