Premier nonprofit community is seeking a Nursing Home Administrator in Greensboro, NC to oversee all administration of the community alongside the Executive Director. The Administrator will assist the Executive Director in maintaining licensure and certification of the community, ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, maintain positive relationships with representatives of government agencies who survey the community and ensure that corporate compliance and HIPAA directives are monitored and implemented.
Qualifications:
• Experience with financial management, budget preparation, cash flow, and financial analysis reporting.
• Minimum of 3 years Administrator experience.
• Active Nursing Home Administrator License in North Carolina.
• Thorough understanding of state/federal nursing home regulations.
