Our team is looking to hire Mortgage Loan Officers (MLO) to join and grow with us. As a MLO at United Mortgage Lending you will thrive in a high volume incoming calls, generate and exceeding sales goals. During this process you are servicing customers nationwide and cultivating strong relationships.

Job Responsibilities:

• Analyze to determine potential borrowers
• Foster strong relations with existing or potential borrowers to not just meet but exceed expectations
• Provide guidance to customers on loan services
• Conduct credit checks and verify income sources
• Negotiate loans terms and conditions with customers

Job Requirements:

• High School Diploma
• Must have an NMLS Mortgage Originator License
• Comfortable with cold-calling and managing incoming live transfers.
• Experience with CRM systems and practices
• Ability to adapt to fast pace diverse environment, ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
