Primary Skills: Mixed Methods UX Researcher, Text Analysis, Survey Design

Duration: 12 Months + Possible extension. Full Time W2

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

We are seeking a  Mid to Senior level Mixed Method UX Researcher to support a large-scale survey effort. In this role, you’ll collect and analyze survey responses, including open-text comments, and deliver results to the stakeholders. Partner closely with research leads and program management leads. Work closely with stakeholders to incorporate feedback into survey design and reporting. Clean and analyze data. Establish a coding plan for analyzing open-ended survey responses. Communicate findings to the stakeholders to inform roadmaps.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Master’s degree in psychology, human factors, human-computer interaction, statistics, cognitive science, or a related field.
• At least 3-5 years of experience leading product-focused UX research.
• Excellent working knowledge of survey design and analysis.
• Experience with text analysis.
• Detail-oriented and the ability to work fairly independently on a variety of tasks.
• Ability to distill findings into concise insights
• Experience crafting story of research insights, including visualizing insights into a report
