The Media Specialist is responsible for participating in the creative development of projects, identify project objectives, make creative recommendations on how to accomplish objectives, coordinate on-screen talent, schedule sessions, capture raw materials and edit them into a final product, culminating with delivery through the appropriate channels.
This is a full time position that offers:
Main Tasks & Responsibilities:
· Content creation through video, photo, and audio from idea conception to final product delivery.
· Develop raw content into a marketable product across different platforms based on project goals and objectives.
· Create text and visual animations to support video and advertising needs.
· Collaborate with cross functional teams including but not limited to Safety, Operations, Maintenance, Driver Resources, etc. to ensure consistent communication and identify opportunities to support the PAM Transport brand internally and externally.
· Work as a part of a team as well as individually to guide projects to completion.
· Be organized and able to spearhead multiple projects at once and produce final deliverables on time.
Knowledge Skills & Abilities:
· Working knowledge of Adobe CC, specifically Photoshop, Lightroom, Premier Pro, After Effects, and Audition.
· Experience with professional grade videography, photography, and audio equipment.
· High attention to detail.
Qualifications:
· 2+ years’ experience in videography, editing, and photography.
· Bachelor’s degree in film production, journalism, communications, or a related field or professional work experience equivalent.
