Seeking for a Live Operations Coordinator supporting the programming and live operations of screen-based content for mixed reality (MR) products. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, technical expertise, and the ability to manage complex workflows in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and execute a high volume of MR events and major live operations.
• Implement real-time content updates to refresh programming and highlight key media.
• Manage the live operations calendar and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system or communication issues.
• Curate, schedule, and prepare immersive media assets for playback.
• Source, catalog, and improve media asset workflows.
• Ensure content meets quality and distribution standards.
• Create and maintain detailed process documentation.
• Support extended event schedules, including evenings and weekends.
