Coordinate design activities for ISC Engineering on multiple aerospace mechanical products. You will be responsible for coordinating design solutions for improvement of current products quality, OTTR and Past Due, including establishing drawing release milestones, tooling design, communicating resource needs, evaluating alternate manufacturing methods, coordinating supplier engagement, among others. You must ensure designs meet customer requirements and high-quality standards. You will ensure designs comply with existing command media (e.g. DRM, DSH, CGPs) and industry standards. You will also lead continuous improvement efforts including knowledge capture, design standards, tools, and process improvements.

YOU MUST HAVE
- Bachelor of Science in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering
- 3+ yrs experience with CAD tools.
- 3+ yrs experience utilizing Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T).
- 3+ yrs experience supporting IPDS Phase 6 activities (Delivery, Support & Improvement).
- 3+ years of relevant engineering experience in Aerospace industry.
WE VALUE
- Design experience with pneumatic components, wheels and brakes, actuation, engines, and heat transfer.
- 5+ yrs of CAD tools, especially NX, for mechanical design of housings, gears, springs, shafts, and other precision machined components.
- 5+ yrs experience with PLM tools, especially Teamcenter.
- 5+ yrs experience with Honeywell Aerospace mechanical drawing requirements and industry drawing standards.
- Advanced ASME Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing skills.
- 5+ yrs experience managing workflow and leading others in project team environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft products - Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Knowledge of unique manufacturing and design requirements for aerospace applications.
- Strong technical, analytical, organizational, problem solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Capability to work with self-direction, take initiative, exercise sound judgment, discretion, and capable of complex decision making in a dynamic work environment.
- Proven ability to present and effectively communicate technical details to varying audiences.
- Experience working with global and cross-functional teams across time zones.
- DFSS Green Belt, DFSS Black Belt, Lean Expert, or similar certifications.
