The Role

We’re looking for a Marketing Specialist who loves all things digital and knows how to win in eCommerce. Someone creative, data-driven, and ready to roll up their sleeves to grow traffic, build a community, and convert shoppers into loyal customers. If you’re into social trends, scaling online stores, and testing bold marketing ideas—this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

• Run and optimize social media campaigns (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest).
• Create content + ad copy that drives clicks and conversions.
• Launch and manage paid ad campaigns (Meta, Google, TikTok).
• Support email + SMS campaigns for promotions and product launches.
• Track results, report performance, and adjust strategies for growth.
• Research market trends + competitor moves to keep ZuZu ahead of the curve.

What We’re Looking For

• 3-5 years in digital marketing with direct eCommerce experience (required).
• Proven results running ads, analytics, and social media management.
• Strong writing + creative skills—can turn product features into irresistible posts.
• Knowledge of Shopify, Klaviyo, Canva, Google Analytics (bonus points).
• Entrepreneurial energy—ready to experiment and grow with a fast-moving startup.
