Position: Marketing Coordinator I

Pay: $25.00/per hour

Job Type: Fulltime Contractual

Contract: 12 months ( Extremely extendable )

Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations of marketing assets for HBO, Max & Turner programming, and service our licensing partners globally.
• Collaborate with Original Programming, Operations, Media Relations, Business Affairs and Legal to acquire marketing documents and ensure proper and timely publishing on marketing B2B site.
• Responsible for acquiring and publishing images and key art for HBO, Max & Turner programming on marketing B2B site.
• Manage A/V promotional material asset schedules for all HBO, Max & Turner programs.
• Assist in departmental ad-hoc projects as needed.

Must Have Skills / Requirements

• Support the Senior Manager, Worldwide Television Marketing screening platform.
• Manage the day-to-day administration for client screeners and assist the Senior Manager, Worldwide Television Marketing, in the management of the pre-air viewing platform.
• Communicate with international PR teams about upcoming press launches, embargo information and process press lists are they are received.
