What You Will Be Doing

  1. Strategic Marketing Leadership: Support the VP of Marketing in leading the creation and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies across digital, social, print, and experiential channels, aligned with the company’s objectives and target audience.
  2. Campaign Management: Support the development and execution of high-impact marketing campaigns, from concept through to launch, ensuring alignment with the overall marketing and business strategy, while tracking performance and driving ROI.
  3. Performance Reporting & Analysis: Create and deliver performance reports on marketing campaigns, analyzing key metrics such as conversion rates, customer acquisition, retention, and return on investment (ROI). Use insights to optimize campaigns and strategies.
  4. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with the VP of Marketing, product development, sales, and other departments to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with the company’s product roadmap, business goals, and customer needs.
  5. Brand Development & Positioning: Oversee the brand’s voice and ensure consistency in messaging across all marketing channels and customer touchpoints. Elevate brand presence in target markets.
  6. Budget & Resource Management: Assist in managing the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to high-priority initiatives and tracking expenditures to ensure optimal ROI.
  7. Market Research & Competitive Intelligence: Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to refine strategies and identify new opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

  1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. Experience: 5-8 years of experience in marketing, with at least 2-3 years in a role overseeing strategy, campaigns, and team management.
  3. Skills: Strong analytical skills and proficiency in marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media insights, etc.); experience with marketing automation platforms; exceptional communication, interpersonal, and project management skills; experience managing digital marketing channels such as SEO/SEM, social media, email, and paid advertising; creative thinking with a sharp attention to detail and brand aesthetics. Proven experience in working with cross-functional teams.

Work Arrangement

  1. Hybrid role based in Easton, PA, requiring in-office presence 3 days a week (Tuesday–Thursday).

Salary Range: $60,000 - $75,000

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
