What You’ll Do

1. Design and execute marketing strategies that attract purpose-driven learners and drive enrollments.
2. Lead content and storytelling initiatives to build community and inspire engagement.
3. Maintain accurate client interaction records in our CRM and provide insights to optimize engagement and marketing processes.
4. Engage promptly with individuals requesting information about our wellbeing and learning programs.
5. Conduct consultative discussions to understand growth goals, challenges, and readiness.
6. Mentor individuals ready to start their transformational journey, guiding them to the right programs.

Who We’re Looking For

1. 7+ years of experience in marketing, client engagement, or consultative sales (wellbeing, coaching, or education experience is a plus).
