The Web Developer is responsible for the creation, implementation, and maintenance of websites and digital platforms across multiple client accounts. This role works collaboratively with digital project managers, designers, and strategists to translate creative concepts into robust, accessible, and scalable digital solutions.

Business Knowledge/Operational Practices
· Gain a basic understanding of the medical education industry and the nuances of the pharmaceutical industry
· Comprehends assigned projects and expected deliverables, including the level of support/skill required to execute to p-value standards
· Adheres to agency standard operating procedures
Individual Effectiveness/Job Knowledge
· Build and maintain responsive websites and microsites using CMS frameworks such as WordPress.
· Convert high-fidelity Figma designs into production-ready code while ensuring design fidelity, accessibility, and browser compatibility.
· Develop custom plugins, themes, and integrations as needed to support client-specific requirements.
· Perform quality assurance, testing, and troubleshooting across devices and browsers.
· Identify opportunities for automation, modularization, and performance optimization.
· Stay current with evolving web technologies, frameworks, and security standards.
· Research and recommend tools or approaches that improve efficiency, maintainability, or scalability.
· Ensure all digital outputs meet compliance, accessibility, and data privacy standards relevant to the healthcare and pharmaceutical industries.
Execution/Attention to Detail
· Works efficiently and with a sense of urgency to ensure projects remain on task; prioritizes tasks based on client and team needs and direction
· Enters accurate time on a regular basis
Communication
· Attends kick-off calls, status meetings, and post-launch reviews with both internal and external teams.
· Provide clear, solution-oriented communication with internal teams.
· Support internal stakeholders with CMS training and documentation as needed.
Required:
· Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Web Development, or a related field.
· Travel as business requires
Web Development Experience:
· At least 5 years of experience developing and maintaining websites and web applications.
· Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and PHP.
· Experience with CMS platforms (particularly WordPress, Drupal, and Sitefinity), including custom theme and plugin development.
· Comfortable translating Figma or Adobe XD designs into responsive, accessible, and performant websites.
· Knowledge of front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Vue) and familiarity with headless CMS integrations preferred.
· Experience collaborating closely with UX/UI designers, project managers, and QA teams.
· Working knowledge of SEO best practices, analytics tagging (Google Tag Manager), and web performance optimization.
· Familiarity with hosting environments (AWS, WP Engine, Pantheon) and Git-based version control.
· Familiarity with Single Sign-On (SSO) systems and authentication protocols (e.g., SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect).
· Ability to balance technical precision with creative flexibility to support healthcare and pharmaceutical brand experiences.
· Proven ability to work on multiple complex projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.

Pay: $85,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
