At All In The Detail, we’re a slow-fashion brand dedicated to ethically crafted, thoughtfully made pieces that celebrate timeless style while reducing waste and supporting women artisans. We’re looking for a detail-oriented and creative Marketing Email & SMS Coordinator to join our team and take ownership of our B2C campaigns.

Role Overview

The Marketing Email & SMS Coordinator will be responsible for planning, creating, scheduling, and analyzing our B2C email and SMS campaigns. You’ll play a key role in communicating new collection launches, brand storytelling, promotions, and seasonal campaigns to our community. This role requires both creativity and technical know-how, with a strong eye for brand voice, visual alignment, and performance optimization.

Key Responsibilities

1. Plan, design, and schedule B2C marketing emails and SMS campaigns (newsletters, product launches, collection spotlights, promotions, and storytelling).
2. Write engaging, on-brand copy and collaborate with the design team, and use templates to ensure visuals align with campaign goals.
3. Manage email/SMS lists, segmentation, and personalization strategies to improve engagement and conversions.
4. Ensure all campaigns are mobile-optimized and tested before sending.
5. Analyze campaign performance (open rates, CTR, conversions, revenue impact, unsubscribe rates) and provide actionable recommendations for optimization.
6. Create regular reports highlighting performance insights, A/B testing results, and growth opportunities.
7. Maintain compliance with email and SMS marketing best practices.
8. Stay up to date on marketing trends, tools, and strategies relevant to fashion and lifestyle brands.

Qualifications

1. 2–5 years of experience in email and SMS marketing, ideally in e-commerce or fashion/lifestyle.
2. Proficiency with platforms like Klaviyo or similar.
3. Strong writing skills with the ability to craft compelling, brand-aligned messaging.
4. Basic design skills (Canva, Figma, or Adobe Suite).
5. Analytical mindset with proven experience using metrics and reporting to improve campaign performance.
6. Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
7. Self-starter comfortable working independently in a remote environment.

Nice to Have

1. Experience with Shopify or other e-commerce platforms.
2. Knowledge of SMS marketing strategy and automation flows.
3. Interest in sustainability, fashion, and brand storytelling.
