We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Marketing to lead our marketing department and drive our brand's growth and visibility. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of both traditional and digital marketing strategies, with a proven track record in performance marketing, SEO, and email marketing. This leadership role requires a strategic thinker who can develop innovative marketing campaigns that resonate with our target audience while managing budgets effectively.

Duties

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
• Oversee all aspects of digital marketing, including SEO, email marketing, social media, and content creation.
• Manage performance marketing initiatives to optimize conversion rates and drive customer acquisition.
• Coordinate print advertising efforts to enhance brand presence in traditional media.
• Collaborate with sales teams to create integrated campaigns that support sales objectives.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth.
• Prepare and manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources across various channels.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing team to achieve high performance and professional growth.
• Measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns through data analysis and reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a marketing role with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
• Proficiency in marketing automation tools and platforms.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing techniques including SEO, email marketing, and performance marketing.
• Experience with budgeting and financial management within a marketing context.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively to stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong analytical skills for interpreting data and making informed decisions based on insights.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
