Role Description

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Marketing Director to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance our firm’s visibility, attract new clients, and support our business growth objectives. This is a full-time, on-site position.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to promote our legal services
2. Oversee all marketing activities, including digital marketing, content creation, social media, and public relations
3. Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities
4. Collaborate with attorneys and staff to create compelling marketing materials
5. Manage the firm’s online presence, including website updates and SEO optimization
6. Plan and execute marketing campaigns and events
7. Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to optimize strategies
8. Maintain and enhance the firm’s brand image and reputation
9. Travel to various marketing events throughout Southern California

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the legal or professional services industry
3. Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies
4. Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and SEO
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
6. Creative thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
7. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
8. Highly organized with strong attention to detail
9. Proficiency in marketing software and tools
10. Willingness to travel to various marketing events throughout Southern California
