What you'll do:
• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies alongside our EVP of Strategy & Growth
• Foster a brand image that aligns with the company vision of quality and speed
• Create engaging written and video content for marketing campaigns across various channels
• Manage and grow our social media presence to increase engagement and followers
• Optimize website content for SEO to improve organic search performance
• Plan and execute events to showcase the Opteon's products/services and engage with customers
• Oversee the creation and approval of all customer-facing collateral, including marketing campaigns, customer comms, and PowerPoint presentations
• Utilize HubSpot to manage marketing automation, workflows, and lead campaigns
• Analyze marketing data and metrics to track performance and make informed decisions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with overall business goals
• Other related duties, as required
Skills you’ll need:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
• Proven experience in executing marketing strategies and campaigns
• Strong skills in content creation, social media management, lead generation, website/SEO management, event management, and HubSpot management
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Ability to think critically and strategically to achieve marketing objectives
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Creative mindset with a passion for innovation in marketing
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and requirements
• Strong proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, particularly PowerPoint
Salary:
This is a salaried, full-time role. Salary range $70,000-$80,000.
