About the Opportunity

We’re currently seeking a marketing professional who is unafraid to think differently, highly motivated, and creative to join our Marketing Team. The Marketing Coordinator works remotely and is focused on executing a strategic marketing plan, conducting market research, and content creation. Candidates must be innovative thinkers and ready to create content for our B2B audience.


The applicant will report to the Sr. Marketing Specialist and will work closely with the Sales and Customer Care Teams.


A successful candidate will have various skills and qualifications needed to excel in this role, including researching market trends, creating email campaigns, identifying customer needs, arranging for conferences and events, marketing appropriate products and services, staying up to date on school Medicaid and IEP policies and programs, utilizing SEO techniques, and driving quality lead production through marketing efforts.


In this role, you will:

  1. Execute numerous creative marketing campaign deliverables such as brochures, infographics, LinkedIn posts, ads, and newsletters
  2. Plan and coordinate attendance for trade shows, conferences, events and meetings by identifying requirements, submitting payments and arrangements to exhibit, compiling mailing lists for marketing efforts, and calculating ROI from conference attendance
  3. Assist with managing the company website, which includes basic web design, formatting, and search engine optimization steps to ensure individuals who are searching the web are able to find the company’s page
  4. Work hand-in-hand with the sales team to contribute to business-to-business sales with school districts by developing marketing programs that increase revenue and attract new customers.
  5. Perform market research and develop a plan to create brand awareness and meet goals. Work with team members across the company and other marketing members to create an effective marketing strategy.
  6. Identify and analyze competitors
  7. Track progress with the Sr. Marketing Specialist


We’re looking for someone who has:

  1. Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in a marketing-oriented field
  2. Extremely strong communication and organizational skills
  3. High energy, a positive attitude, and an ability to take initiative and problem-solve
  4. Demonstrated ability in creating, implementing, monitoring, analyzing, and meeting goals
  5. Advanced skills in WordPress, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  6. Comprehensive understanding and ability to use Salesforce as a CRM effectively, is a plus
  7. Work with developing, editing, and publishing video content a plus
  8. Demonstrated self-discipline and time management skills to ensure deadlines and sales quotas are met
