We're looking for a passionate and versatile Marketing Assistant to join our team and help drive our marketing efforts to the next level.

Job Summary:

The Marketing Assistant will support the marketing team in executing campaigns across various channels, with a focus on ecommerce and direct-to-consumer strategies. This role requires hands-on experience with ecommerce platforms such as Shopify as well as Klaviyo email marketing or similar. Experience with or interest in woodworking tools is a major advantage. The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, and skilled in content creation, catalog production, and social media management.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist in creating and managing Shopify product listings, ensuring accuracy and SEO optimization.
2. Develop and execute Klaviyo email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, automation, and analytics.
3. Collaborate on the production of print and digital catalogs, coordinating layout, copy, and design.
4. Plan, create, and schedule engaging social media posts to promote products and brand awareness.
5. Create and edit video content for product demonstrations, tutorials, and marketing campaigns.
6. Write compelling blog posts that highlight product features, woodworking tips, and industry trends.
7. Analyze performance metrics across marketing channels and provide actionable insights.
8. Stay up-to-date on woodworking tools and industry trends to maintain expertise and relevancy.

Qualifications:

1. 2+ years of experience in a marketing role, preferably within ecommerce.
2. Proficiency with Shopify and Klaviyo email marketing platforms.
3. Familiarity with woodworking tools and/or a passion for the woodworking industry is a strong plus.
4. Experience with catalog production, including layout and content coordination.
5. Strong skills in social media content creation and scheduling across platforms.
6. Video creation and editing experience, including software proficiency (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro).
7. Excellent writing skills for blogs, product descriptions, and marketing content.
8. Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
9. Comfortable working on-site in our Oldsmar, Florida office.
