We're looking for a talented marketing professional to help us grow and bring in more high-quality leads.

🎯 Responsibilities:

• Create and manage Google Ads and Facebook Ads campaigns
• Optimize website SEO and update content regularly
• Manage social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
• Design and distribute email and SMS campaigns
• Help coordinate print/direct mail campaigns
• Track and report on leads, conversions, and ROI
• Work with our sales team to align marketing with project goals

✅ Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in marketing (home services or construction preferred)
• Strong understanding of lead generation and local advertising
• Proficient in tools like Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Canva, Mailchimp, etc.
• Basic knowledge of SEO best practices and WordPress
• Excellent communication and organization skills
• Self-starter who can work independently and hit deadlines

💼 Bonus:

• Graphic design experience
• Video editing skills (for social posts or YouTube content)
• Spanish speaking a plus
