The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for contributing to the marketing support of Good Life’s clients, who are independent financial advisors and small business owners, as well as various company-driven marketing initiatives and projects. The role will be engaged in brand development, graphic design, set up and monitoring of digital marketing channels, including websites and social channels, and vendor relations. The coordinator will also be tasked with content writing, copywriting, social media monitoring, general communications, support of event planning, and coordination of project plans. The Marketing Coordinator reports to the Manager, Marketing.

Essential Roles and Responsibilities:

• Support Marketing team in development of brand assets for clients
• Graphic design services for clients and in support of corporate projects
• Social media posting and monitoring
• Write, edit, and proofread content
• Provide administrative and project support for various marketing programs
• Assist with multiple projects and deadlines to meets the needs of internal and external stakeholders and priorities

Daily and Monthly Responsibilities:

• Work collaboratively with Management in support of the marketing strategy to drive company goals and brand awareness
• Develop relevant content for social media, company website, and any other digital programs.
• Update content and graphics on client and company websites
• Design and produce brand assets and promotional items
• Work with vendors in support of deliverables
• Support company communication and email campaigns
• Remain current on all social and digital platform innovations, user experience changes, and trends in the industry-marketplace
• Other duties as required
