o Assists the Marketing Manager in formulating, executing, monitoring, and adjusting the annual marketing plan, strategies, and campaigns with the goal of meeting or exceeding the company’s lead goals within the company’s budget for those goals.
o Assists the Marketing Manager with creating and proofing the content, design, and production of online and offline marketing campaigns and materials, ensuring correct spelling, grammar, and brand consistency.
o Assists with employment branding initiatives, including content creation, internal and external messaging, and the careers website.
o Trade Shows & Other Events
Identifies, registers for, and evaluates events.
Procures, organizes, and maintains booth materials.
Enters sales leads from the events.
o Social Media Management
Develops and manages social the media content calendar and schedules new and repurposed content across of variety of social media platforms.
Tracks, analyzes, and reports on overall social media metrics. Suggests strategies to improve engagement and lead generation on social media based on these findings.
Monitors and observes industry news, market trends, mentions, and customer feedback and reports on key findings.
Interacts with and respond to customers and prospects on social channels to encourage engagement.
Assists with paid social media campaigns.
Designs (or oversees design of) social media posts.
