Job Description:

POSTE

 

The Manager, HR Analytics & Compensation will be reporting to the Compensation & Benefits Director and will partner with Louis Vuitton’s retail teams on compensation decisions. They will also work closely with our HR Analytics Manager on the annual budget process and monthly staff cost reporting and will support on other HR reporting Projects and initiatives.

 

 

PROFIL

 

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Budget Management/Staff Costs:

In Partnership with HR Analytics Manager with specific focus on preparing the budgets for SDL, Berluti & Mexico/Caribbean Canada & S. America

  • Prepare accurate staff cost forecasts for annual budget process in partnership with Finance and HRDs. Ensure understanding of key business priorities including regional staffing strategy to incorporate into budget.
  • Track and monitor staff costs on a monthly basis and as needed for management decision making and to ensure adherence to budget.
  • Partner with Finance, Retail and HR leaders on regular and ad hoc reporting as well as projects, initiatives and updates.
  • Partner with Finance and HR Leaders on the preparation of the budget presentation

 

Reporting:

  • Review monthly headcount reports for Zone to ensure data accuracy.
  • Prepare HR data reports as requested for business partners and HRDs. Partner with business to create automated standard reports.
  • Prepare and/or manage Annual Reporting requirements: ex Social Report, risk management and bi-annual LVMH Reporting

 

Compensation:

  • Prepare and/or validate compensation proposals for Retail Managers positions.
  • Monitor compliance with all wage and hour regulations and make recommendations to meet the requirements.
  • Participate in two annual market salary surveys for retail luxury and corporate markets
  • Conduct market and trend analysis through salary survey input and market research on an annual and ad hoc basis.
  • Review and update annually the non manager toolkit for retail and corporate roles
  • Partner with C&B Director to manage the Zone ICR process (focus on non-manager campaign).

Agility

  • Manage and maintain HRDB as subject matter expert. Propose enhancements, troubleshot issues and provide training and support to HR community.

Innovation

  • Create compensation tools to help Regional HRDs/Store leadership make informed compensation decisions

 

The appointed candidate will be offered a salary within the range of USD $115,000 - $125,000 annually, plus the opportunity for a bonus, a comprehensive benefits package including: medical, dental, vision, short and long-term disability, various paid time off programs, employee discount/perks and two retirement plans both with employer contributions. This position is located at our Louis Vuitton Corporate Office in NYC and honors the opportunity for a hybrid on-site schedule.
