Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Maintenance Team Member located in Canton, OH. The Maintenance Team Member will be responsible for performing general maintenance tasks, including repairing and maintaining buildings, grounds, and equipment. The role also involves troubleshooting and fixing various mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues. The Maintenance Team Member is expected to follow all safety protocols and ensure that the facilities are well-maintained at all times.

Qualifications

• Experience in general maintenance, including building repairs and grounds maintenance
• Knowledge of basic mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
• Ability to troubleshoot and fix maintenance issues
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
