Our client is currently seeking a Maintenance Supervisor in the Chicago area. This is a night shift role (6p-6a).

Responsibilities:
 

• Supervise and lead a team of maintenance technicians, ensuring they are trained and equipped to perform their duties effectively.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize equipment downtime and increase overall equipment efficiency.
• Manage maintenance schedules, assign tasks, and prioritize work orders to maintain efficient manufacturing operations.
• Troubleshoot and repair manufacturing equipment, including but not limited to, CNC machines, conveyors, robotics, and various industrial systems.
   

Requirements
 

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical or trade school certification is a plus.
• Proven experience as a maintenance supervisor within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of industrial machinery, including electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
