Responsibilities
Instruction & Coaching: Focus on instructing and coaching maintenance planning and scheduling, strongly integrated with SAP software.
Client Engagement: Work closely with clients to recognize areas for maintenance and reliability improvement.
Program Assessment: Conduct evaluations of existing maintenance programs, identifying and proposing strategies for improvement.
Plan Implementation: Create and implement tailored maintenance and reliability improvement plans.
Team Development: Provide hands-on training and coaching to client's maintenance teams and management.
Data Analysis: Utilize metrics and data to identify trends and develop opportunities for improvement. Industry Knowledge: Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging technologies.
Client Relationship: Foster and manage relationships with clients at both plant and corporate levels, acting as a trusted advisor.
Business Development Support: Assist in identifying and offering Best Practice solutions through consulting, coaching, and educational services.
Requirements
Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a consultant and instructor role (preferred) focused on maintenance and reliability.
Certification: CMRP or equivalent certification is preferred.
Skillset: High competency in a large group of skills such as gap analysis, planning and scheduling, along with knowledge of CMMS/EAM implementation, metrics, root cause analysis, and educational delivery.
Travel: Willingness to travel domestically and to limited international locations 75-80% of the time.
- Some training may require travel Sun PM to Thursday, etc.
Analytical Skills: Proven analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging clients effectively.
Teamwork: Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
Legal: Must be free from non-compete agreements that could affect commitment to our business.
