Logistics Coordinator - Luxury Skincare Company

LOGISTICS / TRANSPORT:

Manage both international and domestic inbound shipments.

Coordinate, monitor, and update the status of shipments from initiation to completion involving:

Vendors/factories

Freight forwarders

Customs brokers

Trucking companies

Monitor ready dates for incoming Purchase Orders to coordinate pickups with respective shipping partners.

Verify item quantities on the Purchase Order align with inbound shipments.

Analyze and confirm billing accuracy with logistics partners.

Ensure international logistics compliance, including tax, duties, reverse logistics, commercial invoices, and necessary documentation for smooth and punctual transport.

Schedule and track delivery appointments both internationally and domestically with shippers, Contract Manufacturers, and 3PLs.

Validate and input freight invoice details into our ERP system.

Adjust inventory for returns daily

Process Amazon returns monthly

QVC Logistics Management:

Record and monitor Purchase Order details within QVC's documentation.

Initiate work orders for our 3PL warehouse and approves quotes.

Oversee documentation flow among Lancer, 3PL warehouse, and shipping entities.

Confirm order readiness for specific dispatch dates.

Optimize logistics between 3PL warehouse and various QVC distribution centers, ensuring cost and time efficiency.

Register all QVC transport activities within their platform.

Supervise and manage delivery appointment schedules.

Update QVC records post-delivery and manage any related follow-ups.

Create QVC Spec cards on new QVC kits

Oversee QVC hosts sample file

SALES OPERATIONS

Regularly review backorders from the warehouse.

Communicate daily updates on shipping and/or open sales orders.

Monitor EDI orders consistently.

Generate necessary transfer orders.

OPERATIONS

Coordinate and update Lancer Projects in tandem with the 3PL warehouse.

Collaborate with the buying/planning team to manage and update open order reports for our contract manufacturers.

About You:

Minimum of 2 years in logistics, specifically in transportation and 3PL management.

Outstanding attention to detail.

Advanced proficiency in Excel and data analytics.

Autonomous work ethic, capable of working remotely or in an office setting.

Keen interest in logistics, skincare industry, and both international/domestic freight transport.

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Transportation, or a related discipline.

Prior experience with NetSuite, Google Drive, Microsoft Office, and DI Central.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
