We are looking for a Lifecycle Marketing Specialist to manage the lifecycle marketing strategy through our marketing automation platform to create campaigns designed to engage, acquire, educate, retain, and cultivate customers.

The Specialist will follow best practice approaches in AER (acquisition, expansion and retention) to engage current and potential customers at every stage of the journey according to ENMAX Energy objectives.

Major Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute marketing automation programs including segmentation, testing, deployment, and proactively research and adapt best practices, strategies, and industry standards.

• Establish and implement advanced marketing automation capabilities for dynamic/personalized content, segmentation and data-driven strategies to drive conversion and customer engagement.

• Create strategies to improve conversion rates using automation, journey builds, and personalization.

• Design an execute campaigns including road-mapping and conceptualizing.

• Generate reporting, analyze campaign performance and leverage data to draw insights and opportunities for optimization to drive efficient revenue.

• Plan and perform A/B testing to define and execute enhancements to productivity, conversion rates, program/campaign ROI, and sales growth.

• Research marketing automation strategies and best practices to remain competitive.

• Aid in managing email deliverability, subscription management, and compliance with email policies (CASL).

Education Required:

• University degree preferably in Business, Economics, Statistics, Marketing, or another related field.

Qualifications & Experience:

• 7 years’ experience working with marketing automation, digital marketing and customer lifecycle marketing.

Competencies:

• Demonstrated success in leveraging and implementing best-of-breed marketing automation platforms.

• Excellent project management and problem-solving skills.

• Digital marketing, content marketing and/or marketing automation and written communication skills.

• Technically capable, analytical, exceptional communicator with a desire to improve processes.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment with ever changing priorities.

• Well-organized and able to deliver results with minimal supervision.

Location: This role will be part of our hybrid (home and office) work force with office workspace located at ENMAX Place (141 - 50th Avenue SE, Calgary, AB). You will work from home on Mondays and Fridays and in the office on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
