We are seeking an accomplished, hands-on engineer to lead hardware engineering efforts for a leading provider of Wi-Fi-based telecom services. As the Lead Wi-Fi Hardware Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and developing hardware for Wi-Fi-based telecom products.

Responsibilities:

• Technical Leadership:
• Provide strategic direction and technical leadership to the hardware engineering team, setting goals and driving excellence in hardware design and development.
• Product Development:
• Oversee the entire hardware product development lifecycle, from concept to design to production, focusing on Wi-Fi and mmWave products.
• Quality Assurance:
• Implement rigorous testing and quality control processes to ensure the reliability, performance, and safety of our hardware products.
• Vendor and Supplier Relationships:
• Cultivate and manage relationships with external partners, vendors, and suppliers to secure the necessary resources and components for product development.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience in Wi-Fi hardware engineering.
• Deep technical expertise in:
• PCBA for RF/Wi-Fi Products
• Proven track record in RF IC design
• Experience in RF upconversion
• Expertise in Power Amplification (PA), LNA, Filters, etc.
• Experience in 5GHz and/or mmWave (30G or less)
