We are seeking a skilled and experienced Frontend Development Lead to design and build intuitive, high-performance user interfaces for a cutting-edge financial platform. This role involves leading the UI/UX discipline from inception, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering scalable, secure web applications that simplify complex financial workflows for enterprise and public-sector clients. The position offers a blend of leadership and hands-on development within a fast-growing, innovative environment.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of front-end development experience building modern web applications
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3
• Expertise in React (preferred)
• Experience integrating with .NET / C# APIs in a Microsoft-based environment
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps for source control, CI/CD, and deployment pipelines
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs, JSON, OAuth2, JWT, and secure integration patterns
• Understanding of cross-browser compatibility, WCAG accessibility standards, and responsive design principles
• Experience with state management libraries (Redux, Zustand, MobX, or similar)
• Exposure to UI testing tools (Playwright, Cypress, Jest) and agile methodologies
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Build responsive, high-performance, accessible web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks, primarily React
• Develop and maintain reusable UI components and style libraries to ensure consistency across modules and white-label variations
• Collaborate with backend developers to consume RESTful APIs, implement authentication, and troubleshoot API-related issues
• Lead the translation of wireframes, prototypes, and design systems into production-quality code while contributing to the company’s visual identity and UX standards
• Optimize application performance and load times for enterprise-grade deployments
• Participate in sprint planning, peer code reviews, and contribute to CI/CD workflows within Azure or GitHub actions
• Establish and document front-end standards and best practices for the growing development team
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure technical alignment with product goals, scalability, usability, and security standards
