What You’ll Do:

• Design and scale APIs and data pipelines processing millions of records
• Lead architecture of our microservices and backend systems
• Work cross-functionally with product and data teams on new features
• Implement validation algorithms and ensure high data quality
• Own performance, resilience, and documentation standards
• Mentor engineers and guide code review and design discussions

What You Bring:

• Strong Python skills + experience with modern backend frameworks
• Deep knowledge of relational & NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.)
• Experience with cloud services (AWS preferred) and containerization (Docker, K8s)
• Background in ETL, data engineering, and secure API development
• Bonus: Geospatial data experience and internationalization insight
• Strong communication and team leadership skills
