Craft & Communicate is searching for a junior web developer and designer who understands the need for empathy, accuracy, and urgency when marketing senior living communities.What you will do:

• Enter, update, and maintain text and graphics on WordPress webpages and blog posts
• Insert backend SEO data into Yoast
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and emerging technologies
• Assist with other departments from time to time, including website design, email marketing, and other marketing duties

What you need:

• At least six months of professional web design and/or web development experience
• Excellent proofreading skills in English
• Ability to work independently with minimal direction

What would be nice to have:

• Knowledge of SEO
• Experience working in a fast-paced marketing agency
• Experience working in senior living
• Associate's degree in graphic design, web design, or similar

This is a 3-month contract with the option to come on full-time after the contract period is over. All full-time employees receive healthcare, PTO and paid holidays, in addition to being on an accountable, kind, and fully-remote team.
