Junior Software Engineer – Full Training


Fully Remote - Pennsylvania or surrounding states


$70,000 - $90,000 + Full Training + Career Progression + Excellent Benefits Package

In this role, you’ll join a close-knit team of four and receive full training in React, JavaScript, Typescript, CSS, UI, and working with endpoints. You’ll start by learning the codebase through bug fixing and testing, then move on to building new customer-facing features over your first 6 - 12 months. With mentorship from the team, you’ll also gain exposure to backend concepts while focusing on frontend development - progressing toward becoming a Senior Front-End React Engineer.


This role would suit a Software Engineering Graduate (or someone with up to 2 years’ experience) looking to receive full training from expert engineers, while progressing to senior level down the line.


The Role:


  1. Work closely with a team of experienced engineers, developing skills in both frontend and backend technologies
  2. Start by learning the codebase through bug fixing and testing, then move on to building new customer-facing features over your first 6 - 12 months.
  3. Assist in building, maintaining, and improving software applications
  4. Remote role - Monday to Friday with minimal travel required


The Person:


  1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  2. 0–2 years of software development experience (internships and academic projects welcome)
  3. Based in Pennsylvania or a nearby state
  4. Looking to receive industry-leading training and progress to senior level
