About The Role

The Full Stack Developer at e.Republic will play a vital role within the DevOps Department, overseeing the development, deployment, and maintenance of our brand websites, SaaS applications, and supporting systems that enable major companies to bring their products to market. Reporting directly to the Vice President of Software Engineering, this role involves collaborating with the broader DevOps and Innovation teams to build robust, scalable, and user-friendly digital solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong full-stack development skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment that demands rapid execution and adaptability.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in custom PHP full-stack web development, demonstrating proficiency in both front-end and back-end technologies.
• Familiarity with Docker and Docker Compose is a plus, enabling efficient containerization and deployment processes.
• Solid understanding of object-oriented programming principles and MVC framework architecture.
• Comfortable working within Linux environments, ensuring stability and security of applications.
• Strong team collaboration skills, with a willingness to participate in peer programming, code reviews, and knowledge-sharing sessions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy comprehensive full-stack websites and digital products, ensuring seamless integration of front-end and back-end functionalities.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code to provide a smooth user experience and facilitate future maintenance.
• Design, implement, and maintain enterprise business websites across various platforms, including custom in-house CMS, BrightSpot, and Salesforce, ensuring they remain modern, secure, and optimized for performance.
• Draft and maintain developer-friendly technical documentation covering code structures, APIs, workflows, and troubleshooting procedures to support team collaboration and knowledge transfer.
• Utilize version control systems, primarily GitHub, to manage code changes, conduct code reviews, and maintain organized repositories aligned with best practices.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve website bugs and support tickets efficiently and effectively.
• Partner with senior developers and cross-functional teams to enhance technical skills, implement best practices, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Drive rapid execution by balancing technical planning with hands-on development, ensuring timely delivery of projects while managing multiple priorities.
