Responsibilities:

• Assist the public with the search for documents in the archive
• Scan Documents
• A second person must verify what is scanned
• Deliver notebooks for manufacturing and other areas
• File documents
• Be aware and make supply orders
• Receive documents through the LRM tool

Qualifications Requirements/Knowledge/Education/Skills:

• Bachelor Degree or experience equivalent
• Proven work experience as a Documentation Specialist or similar role.
• Outstanding organizational skills. Multitasking ability.
• Attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication. Relevant training and/or certifications as a Documentation Specialist.
