Seeking a Junior Analyst to join a banking team in Miami for a hybrid opportunity! This person will be responsible for supporting the Credit Manager and department to assist with credit and loan accounts.

Your role:

• Supports the Credit Manager and the department to ensure that customer (both internal and external) expectations and company goals are obtained
• Process (approves / declines) consumer loans, credit cards and business credit cards
• Process limit adjustments on credit card accounts
• Assist in credit card risk monitoring utilizing reports and FISERV system
• Follow up on delinquent accounts through designated account officers
• Prepares and processes charge off of credits
• Submit and follow up on charge off accounts with post charge off collection vendor
• Assists with all loan files to ensure they are complete and in full compliance with bank and regulatory policies and procedures

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of progressive work experience in a banking/financial services environment
• Bachelor's Degree in Finance or a related field preferred
• Bilingual preferred
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Solid verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat.
