Job Description:

Mark Cavagnero Associates is seeking a Job Captain/Architect to join our firm.

 

We are an award-winning, 50+ person, design firm based in San Francisco for the last 25 years; recent award-winning projects include the College of Marin, SFJAZZ, Oakland Museum of California, and The Terrace at the California Academy of Sciences. As a firm, we are committed to well-designed and detailed work. This is a great opportunity for designers who want to contribute to this excellence as we continue to grow.

 

Candidates must thrive in a fast-paced, interdisciplinary environment and be flexible to support numerous teams in any project phase. An emphasis is placed on sophisticated graphic communication ability.

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor or Master of Architecture degree
  • 5+ years of architecture experience
  • Experience with housing projects
  • Experience working all phases of architecture
  • Ability to work and communicate effectively within project teams
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to juggle multiple projects

 

Skills Required

  • Intermediate to advanced Revit competence is required
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator
  • 3-D modeling and rendering experience preferred
  • Graphic layout experience preferred
  • Candidates must have unrestricted authorization to work in the United States
