CRI Advantage is seeking an IT Business Operations Analyst to assist with resource management/forecasting and capacity planning for out federal governmental client. Candidates should have experience with data analysis & visualization. Experience with an application or suite of products to do resource forecasting and capacity planning is required (ServiceNow's resource management module is preferred). The chosen candidate will work with various IT teams to create operations and resource plans for each team and individual personnel. Additionally, the candidate will use historical data sets to create visualization of resource allocations and potential conflicts.

REQUIREMENTS:

Must have a bachelor degree and six (6) years of experience or a Masters degree with four (4) or more years' experience, or 10 years of applicable experience in lieu of a degree

Experience in resource management/forecasting and capacity planning

Demonstrated experience with software suits to create operational plans and resource allocations

Experience in data analysis

Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills

Must have the ability to identify resource over allocations and work with various stakeholders to smooth resource conflicts

DESIRED:

Experience with ServiceNow resource management module

Demonstrated experience in rolling out new capabilities and organization change management
