Job Overview

As a New Grad (Full Time) hire in the Global TEIS Business Unit, you will:
 

• Bachelor's Degree required, masters degree preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote setting.
• Demonstrated proficiency with technology.
• Formulate creative solutions to solve problems that meet the objectives of both the product roadmap and technology roadmap.
• Participate in and develop end-to-end technology solutions that solve our business needs.
• Work closely with multiple stakeholders in a cross-functional organization within an Agile environment.
• Good to have knowledge of Solution Manager functionality.
• Good to have Custom implementation experience with ChaRM
• Good to have knowledge of Change Control Management Document Management
• Good to have knowledge of ITSM Service Models

You’re the kind of person we are looking for if you:
 

• Have Received a High School Diploma or GED
• Are currently enrolled in a program or pursuing a BA/BS or MA/MS Degree in Information Technology (IT), Management Information Systems (MIS) or Computer Science from an accredited college or university or have equivalent work history. (In certain circumstances, students who are taking a gap year will be considered.)
• Have previous internship or large project experience is preferred
• Are authorized to work in the U.S.
   

Compensation
 

• Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $58,800 – 88,200 (subject to change dependent on physical location)
• Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.
• Total Compensation = Base Salary + Incentive(s) + Benefits
