As a member of our internet sales team you will be assisting customers through our CRM with the application, approval and purchasing process. You will work jointly with our brick and mortar locations to ensure excellent customer service and a seamless buying process.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Building and Maintaining Open, Honest, and Timely Communication with our Customers whether via Phone, Text, E-Mail or In-Person
- Demonstrate Excellent Phone Skills
- Assist Customers with the Application and Qualification Process
- Communicate to Customers the Requirements to Purchase a Vehicle with Regal Car Sales and Credit
- Maintain Your Active Customer Database within our Company-Wide CRM Software
- Attend to Your Own Follow-Ups, Schedule Customer Appointments, and Respond to Electronic Leads as Needed
- Maintain Paperwork as Necessary for Customers
This position is located in an office setting in Tulsa, OK but will require a mandatory 4-6 week training period at our Tulsa, OK brick and mortar location.

Must have a VALID State Driver's License and a Good Driving Record
Must be Willing to Work a 40 Hour Work Week with some Saturdays Required
