We are currently seeking an experienced Influencer Marketing Manager to join our rapidly growing team.

The Influence Marketing Manager will be responsible for creating and executing effective marketing campaigns through social media influencers, with a focus on outreaching and negotiating with YouTube influencers!

Responsibilities:

· Identify and recruit YouTube influencers that align with the brand's target audience and values

· Negotiate contracts and partnerships with YouTube influencers

· Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in influencer marketing, with a focus on YouTube

Requirements:

· Minimum 2 years of experience in influencer marketing, with a focus on YouTube

· Strong understanding of YouTube influencer marketing strategies

· Established relatioships with network of YouTube influencers in the US (own database of creators)

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

· !!! If you've worked in an agency before, that's a huge plus

This job is commission based!

We pay $400 for each YouTube creator who signs a contract
