We are seeking a Contractor for our Influencer Marketing team who is organized, detail-oriented, and possesses an understanding of influencer marketing, campaign management, and analytics. This Contractor will assist the Influencer Marketing team with outreach, day-to-day comms, Influencer boxes/gifting, events and data tracking.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of Influencer Marketing experience. Prior agency experience is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with Influencer contracts, FTC guidelines, and platform best practices (Instagram, TikTok, X, podcast, etc.)
• Prior experience working in a fast paced and ever-changing environment.
• Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
• Effective and proactive communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and build Influencer lists that align with brand goals (campaigns, gifting/boxes, events)
• Conduct influencer outreach
• Manage day-to-day comms with influencers and influencer management agencies
• Oversee deliverable execution and maintain influencer tracking system
• Support the influencer content review process
• Track influencer performance and build campaign recap reports
• Work closely with the Social and Project Management teams to provide input for influencer workstream
• Remain abreast of marketing influencer-focused trends and campaigns that are associated with the CPG industry
