To support that goal, we are seeking a Human Resources Manager (HRM) to oversee the routine functions of the Human Resources (HR) department including recruitment and hiring, employee relations, administering pay, benefits, and leave, and enforcing company policies and practices.
What you'll do:
- Partner with the Human Resources Director to understand and execute the organization's human resource strategy and maintain legal, regulatory, and contractual obligations
- Manage the day-to-day HR function for the organization
- Facilitate learning and development programs for staff.
- Manage performance management, develop and implement supervision, evaluation, retention, training systems
- Oversee employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.
- Execute quality checks to ensure all HR systems including payroll and personnel files/materials are maintained appropriately, securely and in a timely manner
- Maintain knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.

- Ability to prioritize tasks, delegating as appropriate, and ensure successful completion
Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
- Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required
- A minimum of five years of human resource management experience preferred.
- HR certification preferred
