The Marlow Collective is hiring an HR Generalist to join our growing Human Resources team!

As a Generalist you will:

• Prepare and process payroll on a weekly basis for 9 businesses (approximately 200 employees) through Paycom, ensuring compliance with the Hospitality Industry Wage Order (minimum wage, tip credits, overtime rates, call-in pay, spread of hours, etc).
  • Analyze employee time clock data, identify inconsistencies and problem solve through follow up with managers to ensure any discrepancies are resolved
• Administer paperwork and process all employee changes: hires, terminations, rate & benefits changes, leaves, direct deposit, garnishments, W-4s, etc.
• Administer benefit programs including medical, dental, vision, COBRA, Worker’s Compensation, and leave administration
• Conduct weekly "office hours" across locations
• Assist employees with letters of employment, pay stubs and PTO accrual inquiries
• Assist the HRBP with managing our Google Apps account

You're a strong fit for this role if you:

• Have 1 - 2 years' hospitality-focused Human Resouces experience
• Are relationship-oriented and excited about bridging multiple teams
• Have the capacity and stamina for extemely detail-oriented work over long periods
• Are a critical thinker with a passion for time management and organization
• Have demonstrated discretion and ability to handle / maintain confidential information
• SHRM or HRCI certification +
• Payroll experience ++
• Spanish language skils ++
