Responsibilities

Related is looking for an experienced HR professional to join our dynamic team as the HR Analyst. On our team, the HR Analyst will play a key role in creating frameworks for data collection, providing data for exploratory conversations and use data that drives decision the making process. This individual will enable HR to proactively identify trends and needs within the business as well as create operational efficiencies by leveraging various HR technology solutions in HR Operations, Payroll, time and attendance, engagement, compensation, benefits, talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management and learning management.

You have a mission driven view of tasks and responsibilities. You search to understand the key business questions and build deliverable metrics designed to answer these questions. You survey your audience and know when to be a storyteller and when to forecast models.

What You’ll Do

 

  • Create or collect complex data sets from a variety of sources and use statistics to analyze for trends and patterns
  • Determine business requirements, develop, and maintain dashboards and analytic tools to illustrate data and provide insights to HR Business Partners, HR, and other stakeholders.
  • Fulfill all data requests for executive team; headcount reports and other key metrics, compliance reporting for government entities.
  • Have the ability to communicate with all levels of the business; gather reporting requirements, document functional and technical designs for reports; identify when core reports should be consumed versus custom reports and provide best practice recommendations
  • Maintain governance over HR data and integrity of HR systems by managing regular audits and data quality exception reporting
  • Provide support on special projects
  • Perform analysis for scenario planning, forecasting, measuring talent and workforce trends, and strategy effectiveness
  • Responsible for understanding and analyzing data within HR systems and downstream system impacts: Ariba, Concur, Cornerstone, JD Edwards Enterprise One, iCims, HR Acuity, Hyperion, Qualtrics, UKG Pro
  • Report management: build and manage BI reports, SQL reports, standard reports, report scheduling
  • Work closely with key IT resource and provide back up support as needed

     

Compensation

 

  • $80,000 - $100,000 / year
  • Annual performance based bonus

     

Qualifications

 

  • Creating Analytics/Reporting Experience:
    • UKG Pro Cognos BI - Minimum 3 years
    • MS SQL Queries - Minimum 1 year
  • Advanced Excel - Charts, Formulas and Pivot Tables (VBA a plus)
  • Advanced MS PowerPoint
  • Bachelor Degree in HR / Business or related field (Master's Degree a plus)
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver sound, clear advice in a business setting
  • Demonstrated ability to be self-directed
  • Demonstrated data retrieval with automation processes and workflows
  • Demonstrated team player, leadership and client relationship skills; willing to be hands on
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
  • Highly versatile individual with great attention to detail and dedication to high quality work
  • Strong HR acumen and technical aptitude, with proven experience in measurement, data analysis and interpretation
  • Strong organization and planning, analytical, administrative and detail-oriented skills required
  • Strong working knowledge of core HR transaction processes, including organizational management, benefits, new hire, separation, leave management, compensation, workers compensation, time and attendance, and compliance (federal, state, local laws and regulations)
