Our client is a mission driven organisation looking to develop the next generation of tech talent by providing engaging technical programmes and work opportunities, focusing on the most in-demand skills.

They are looking for an experienced curriculum leader to join their team and play a key role in shaping the direction and development of their technical content.

𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

• Oversee a team of talented instructional designers and subject matter experts to create and implement cutting-edge curricula in fields like software engineering, cybersecurity, and data analytics.
• Evaluate technical skills gaps in the market and identify high-demand jobs to build new apprenticeship programs around.
• Establish quality standards for all curricular content and assessments.

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:

• 8+ years designing and executing technical education initiatives, ideally in both academia and industry.
• Experience driving company level strategy and managing remote teams.
• Expertise across multiple tech domains that could include Data, AI, Software Engineering, or Cyber Security.
