Job Description:

As the Head of Operations North America, you are at the heart of our mission to create lasting culinary memories. With your team of deputy managers, you will manage food tours in 30 cities and hundreds of guides. Your role will be to manage and grow the cities, create new tours, and improve customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Deputy Managers, overseeing day-to-day operations and project management.
- Forge partnerships with local stakeholders and vendors to ensure seamless tour experiences.
- Meticulously manage tour logistics, encompassing booking logistics, schedules, and participant coordination.
- Serve as a vital bridge between the company and our valued clients, addressing inquiries, and guaranteeing customer contentment.
- Contribute to our marketing endeavors and participate in the creation of compelling promotional materials.
- Play a pivotal role in training and supervising our tour guides and dedicated staff, via WhatsApp.
- Actively participate in shaping our strategic initiatives and objectives for North American operations.
- Some weekend / holiday season work will be required.

Qualifications:

- Experience in the travel/tourism industry
- Proficient in both written and spoken English.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking prowess.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- An eye for detail coupled with an unwavering commitment to delivering top-tier service.
- Previous exposure to supervisory or coordination roles is a valuable asset.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and proficient in independent work.

Salary: $80,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
